Terms of Service

The terms under which this website and our published tools are offered.

Last updated August 12, 2026

Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and the free tools published on it. Client projects are governed by their own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything written here.

What we do

Syrax designs and builds web platforms, mobile applications, backend services, business automation, infrastructure and security testing. Descriptions of these services on this site are informational and are not an offer capable of acceptance on their own.

Prices and quotes

Any figure given before a written quote is an indication rather than an offer, and excludes third-party costs such as domains, hosting plans and paid APIs. A binding price and timeline exist only once both parties have agreed a written quote for a defined scope.

Your responsibilities

Where you engage us, you are responsible for supplying content, access and approvals on time, and for holding the rights to any material you provide. Information each side marks as confidential is kept confidential and used only for the project it belongs to.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to Syrax. Ownership of work produced for a client transfers on the terms of that project's agreement, ordinarily on full payment. Client brand names shown in our portfolio remain the property of their owners and are used with permission.

No warranty on this website

This website and its free tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site is available without interruption or that the information on it is complete and current at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its free tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud or wilful misconduct.

Using the site audit responsibly

The audit performs ordinary, read-only requests: it fetches a page and reads the response, exactly as any browser or search engine crawler does. Submit only addresses you own or are authorised to test, do not use it to probe systems that are not yours, and treat its output as a starting point rather than a security certification.

Governing law

The law governing a project and the forum for any dispute are set out in the written agreement for that project, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. We would rather resolve any disagreement by talking first, write to info@syrax.tech.
